Intermitent

I thought I knew about life,
You know, jumping on those stepping stones and avoiding the river,
Or like predicting the sunny sky after the storm,
But then it comes the unsuspecting storm,
I was almost like Dorothy, didn't expect the twister.
I have now nothing but delight in such a splendid festival of lightning, dust, wind and water.
Maybe deep inside it was everything I wanted
Blown away to Oz
Or to the brand new land of butterflies in the stomach.

Those two

To be listened with Yann Tiersen

Despite his hostile manner and heavy gestures
His gaze still bears a sweetness behind his eyes,
(Although it is difficult to see such childish glow by always diverting my gaze from his)
There is a mixture of pain and purity every time he says goodbye to me.
(hiding his face after securing the hug),
As if he foresees that one day we may not see each other,
As if he feared this day might come,
As it already arrived on a Sunday morning
(the walls that rise from the heart).
I just smile and let him hold my hand.
reinforcing that we will see each other again
Tomorrow, in a year, or maybe in another life.
